Should normal cooking oils be replaced with cold pressed oils?
Cold pressed oils are a very in trend thing at the moment. It leads to organically produced oils which keeps the original essence of the oil intact. It involves applying pressure and crushing the seeds to produce oil. The benefit of cold pressed oils is they retain healthy antioxidants that are otherwise damaged when exposed to heat. This is quite significant for our body because antioxidants help inhibit cell damage in the body.
